Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time

West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier workload.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged:
