We aim to deliver your puzzles quickly, safely, and affordably. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days
  Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier workload.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.

• We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the courier or arranging a replacement if needed.
